Heart Center Therapy
Project Background
When Caylin Center first reached out to me, she was in the process of building a therapy practice rooted in presence, trust, and thoughtful connection. She had already begun working on a website herself, but like many independent professionals, she’d found that building a cohesive website while developing branding, setting up her office, and welcoming new clients was more than one person could reasonably hold at once.
Caylin wanted a website that felt like a natural extension of her work: clear, approachable, and grounded in her voice. It needed to be easy for current clients to navigate to their portal, while also giving prospective clients the information they needed to understand her approach and reach out about working together.
The Process
Caylin and I worked closely to shape the site together. Our conversations focused on translating her values and personality into a digital space that felt authentic without going overly into the zone of too formal or too playful.
Together, we refined the structure, language, and visual tone so the site would feel calm, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Each part of the site was designed to reduce friction: clear pathways for existing clients, thoughtful introductions for new visitors, and a layout that supports Caylin as her practice continues to grow.
WHAT I DELIVERED
Clear, welcoming structure introducing Caylin’s approach and services
Simple navigation connecting new clients to information and inquiry
Easy access for current clients to reach their secure portal
Brand-aligned layout and styling reflecting Caylin’s voice and personality
Flexible content management so the site can evolve alongside her practice
The Result
The finished website feels like Caylin herself: warm, grounded, and easy to approach. Visitors can quickly understand who she is, how she works, and how to take the next step.
For Caylin, the site provides a calm, reliable home base for her growing practice, where current clients and new clients alike can find what they need without confusion. It’s a simple, thoughtful digital space that supports the kind of work she’s dedicated to doing.
