  • For open-ended support via regularly-scheduled sessions, rates start at $100/hour, with a slight discount for committing to more time up front. By investing in regular sessions, you’ll see not only immediate wins, but also long-term clarity and freedom.

    • Commit to 20+ hours upfront: $100/hour ($2,000 for 20 hours).

    • Pay as you go: $110/hour for a more flexible approach.

    This flexibility ensures that we can focus on what matters most, at a pace that works for you, while giving you the tools to make lasting improvements.
