SOME PROJECTS I'VE WORKED ON

⚡️ FEATURING ⚡️ SOME PROJECTS I'VE WORKED ON

Project: Shiner Bikes

FOUR CUSTOM ROADSTERS, ONE BIG TEXAS TOUR

  • When Shiner Beer set out to customize four Harley-Davidson Roadsters for a statewide campaign, I managed the project from start to finish, ensuring that every detail came together seamlessly.

I coordinated the delivery, disassembly, and reassembly of the bikes, bringing in top-tier motorcycle customization wizards Josh Treviño and Allen “Doc” Brown in the process. As sign painter Kayla Fritz meticulously brought printmaker Denton Watts’ designs to life through hand-painted application, I kept the entire project running smoothly, acting as the central hub of communication so that each expert could focus on their craft without unnecessary back-and-forth. By holding the full scope of the project, I made sure that every specialized contributor had the information, materials, and support they needed to do their best work, from overseeing the color-matching of Shiner’s signature branding to coordinating logistics at every stage.

The result? Four striking, road-ready motorcycles that embodied Shiner’s bold Texas spirit and made a lasting impression on their journey across the state.

Project: Commodore Perry Estate

FROM FORGOTTEN MANSION TO AUSTIN’S MOST ENCHANTING ESCAPE

  • Before it became one of Austin’s most exquisite destinations, the Commodore Perry Estate had lived many lives; a grand private home, a school, a convent, and, eventually, an abandoned landmark. Its once-stunning architecture had faded, its gardens overgrown, its walls covered in graffiti. But beneath the dust and decay, the spirit of the estate remained, a place of beauty, history, and quiet magic waiting to be revived.

As part of the team entrusted with restoring that magic, I managed the complex web of moving parts behind a hand-painted wayfinding system that would feel as natural to the space as its sun-drenched courtyards and storybook interiors. Our team of craftspeople, developers, architects, designers, and hotel management translated a grand creative vision into something both functional and enchanting, ensuring that every sign fit seamlessly into the estate’s world of old-world luxury and playful charm.

With a project of this scale, conflicting needs and constant moving pieces were inevitable. My role was to bring clarity and consistency, to make sure that every specialist could focus on what they did best without getting tangled in logistics. I compiled historical references, secured approvals, coordinated materials, and organized every step of production so that when it came time to paint, the process was effortless. In the end, we produced over 300 hand-lettered signs, each one designed to feel like it had always been part of the property.

Now, as guests wander through the estate’s walled gardens, sip cocktails by the fountain, or get lost in the warmth of its jewel-toned rooms, they may not think twice about the signs guiding their way. And that’s exactly how it should be.

Project: CLEARING THE WEIGHT of the Past

TURNING A PILE OF PAPERWORK INTO A FRESH START

  • Some projects aren’t about bold campaigns or historic renovations. Some are about clearing the weight of what’s been avoided for too long.

When a client came to me, she was carrying years of unresolved paperwork, reminders of a marriage and business that had both ended. The stack had grown taller as life moved on, a physical representation of everything she couldn’t bring herself to face. She didn’t need strategy or spreadsheets; she needed someone to sit beside her and make the overwhelming feel doable.

Over two full-day sessions in my studio, we tackled every last document. Together, we sorted, prioritized, and made a plan. Some items needed action, some could be let go, and some just needed acknowledgment before being filed away for good. I helped her break the cycle of avoidance, giving her structure, support, and a teammate in the process.

She walked in carrying the weight of the world. She walked out literally dancing.

Not every project has a big, flashy deliverable. Sometimes, the result is clarity, peace of mind, and the freedom to move forward. If you’ve been avoiding something heavy, you don’t have to face it alone.
