Leona Botanical Cafe & Bar
Project Background
Leona is a botanical café and bar in Austin, created by the teams behind DEE DEE and Veracruz All Natural. The space brings together food, nature, and community; part garden, part gathering place, and home to three distinct eateries.
When the partners at Leona reached out, their goal was clear: create a website that reflects the care and intentionality of the physical space while making it easy for guests to get what they need. Whether someone is exploring the gardens, scanning a QR code at a table, or planning a visit from home, the site had to make information, ordering, and navigation effortless.
The Process
Working closely with the Leona team, I designed a website that mirrors the clarity and flow of the space itself. Each page was built around accessibility and ease: clean navigation, unified branding, and quick access to each restaurant’s individual offerings.
Because LEONA houses multiple culinary experiences, the site needed to connect them while honoring their individuality. Together, we developed a structure that keeps everything intuitive: visitors can quickly find hours, menus, and online ordering links without friction, while those scanning on-site QR codes are guided straight to what they need.
